These 4-1/2" Backing Pad for Surface Conditioning Discs with Velcro Backing come with a 7/8 center post and a 5/8"-11 arbor hole attachment. The 7/8 center post is unique in that it allows the end user to hold the disc in place without worries of it slipping off the back up pad like your traditional back up pad that is does not have a center post. Each backing pad is made with flexible molded plastic base and is designed to be used with all non-woven surface conditioning disc and have an extra long hook surface. The 5/8-11 arbor make it easy to install and remove from the tool. These disc are made in the USA so quality is not compromised and is designed to work strictly with surface conditioning disc.
