Introducing a revolutionary way to grind non-ferrous metals and other composites that doesn't load as quickly as your traditional flap disc, resin fiber or quick change disc. The symmetric net structure of the FlapNET enables an efficient ways to cut aluminium for a consistent stock removal and helps reduce the number of streps used for finishing aluminum. Normally you would grind with an abrasive of your choice than go back and finish/feather the grind marks to your liking. With lower pressure it reduces operator fatigue and extends the life of the disc resulting in SAVING money and time with fewer disc changes.
