Clean & Finish Disc
Our High Strength Clean and Finish Discs are equivalent to Scotch-Brite High Strength Disc made from a durable open-web construction designed to clean and deburr a variety of metals including aluminum and stainless steel. Our clean and finish disc can be stacked to expand use or cover larger surface areas. Our medium grit Scotch-Brite High Strength Disc is tough and allows for heavy-duty use without altering production dimensions. With finer grits available our Scotch-Brite High Strength Disc are perfect for cleaning, finishing and polishing products. If working on aluminum I would start off by using our Fine Scotch-Brite High Strength Disc first as a first step to cleaning your non-ferrous metals. If you are looking for a brushed type finish I would go with the medium clean and finish disc which would also remove deep scratches as it is an aggressive disc.

Fine and Medium
Really like the way both the fine and medium discs perform in a bench grinder. Both discs leave a nice smooth brushed finish on the stainless radius elbows and are able to flex to contour to the radius really well. In the 50x parts I have used both of these on the life of the discs is still very high and has hardly worn down.
